Bodies of Water, my second feature in development, has been selected for Gotham Week 2026 as part of the US Feature Narratives in Development section of the Project Market.
Gotham Week is one of the more meaningful development markets in the American independent film landscape. Run by The Gotham (formerly IFP), it brings selected projects to New York for a week of pitching sessions, one-on-one meetings, panels, and industry introductions.
The Project Market specifically exists to move projects forward, connecting filmmakers with financiers, sales agents, distributors, and producers who can help get selected films made.
Bodies of Water is a Mediterranean thriller about migration, complicity, and the cost of looking away. This selection is one of several markers along the path from script to screen. Being accepted at this stage doesn't mean the film is made. It means the film is showcased where the right meeting, the right partner, or the right conversation could shift the trajectory.
