It was an honor to be asked by writer, actor and fellow juror Brandi Nicole and Smantha Debicki to serve on this year’s Urbanworld screenplay contest.
Urbanworld is one of the longest-running festivals in the US dedicated to showcasing the work of filmmakers of color. The screenplay contest is an awesome platform for emerging screenwriters to share their voices and unique perspectives.
